Dr. Fouad El Sayyad is a highly trained eye surgeon specializing in corneal, cataract, and refractive surgery. With extensive training across Egypt and the United States, he brings a global, evidence-based approach to modern vision correction.
He graduated from Cairo University before completing a three-year clinical research fellowship at the renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, focusing on cornea and glaucoma. He then pursued his ophthalmology residency at the University of Florida, followed by a fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at Washington University in St. Louis.
Dr. Fouad is a founding member of Pro vision Eye Center and practices in New Cairo. His clinical and research interests include ocular imaging, keratoconus, and infectious keratitis, with over 20 international publications in cornea and glaucoma. He remains actively involved in both local and international conferences, contributing to ongoing advancements in the field.
